Hook, Proof, Action: the 3-beat script

Short videos that convert do three things, in this order: stop the scroll (Hook), earn belief (Proof), and say what to do next (Action).
- Hook: the first 3 seconds. A surprising claim, a sharp question, or a pattern break.
- Proof: one concrete detail. A number, a result, a before and after.
- Action: one instruction. Follow, book, shop or reply. Never two.
Think in 3-second blocks. A 5-second clip has room for a Hook and an Action. A 10-second clip fits all three beats.
