7. Your content and the videos you make
You own your content. As between you and us, you own the prompts, scripts, images and other material you submit (“Inputs”) and, to the extent the law allows, the videos and audio the Service generates for you (“Outputs”).
License to run the Service. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process and display your Inputs and Outputs only as needed to provide and secure the Service. This includes sending them to the AI providers that generate your videos and voiceovers. We don’t use your Inputs or Outputs to train AI models.
Public videos and recipes. If you make a video public, anyone with its link can watch it. If you publish it to Templates, other users can see it and start a new video from its prompt and settings (a “remix”). You can unpublish or make it private at any time, but copies others already made aren’t affected. While a video is public you give other users permission to view it and remix its prompt.
Your responsibility. You confirm you have the rights to everything you submit, including any image, logo, voice or person you include. AI Outputs can be similar to Outputs made for others, may be inaccurate or unexpected, and may not be protected by copyright in every country. Review Outputs before you publish them, and follow the AI-disclosure rules of the platforms you post on.
Watermark. Videos made on the Free plan include a small XstreamAI watermark. Please don’t remove it.
